Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items to protect product integrity.
Window: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with seals intact.
Verification: To process your request, please provide a photo or video showing the damage or the incorrect item received.
Process: Email info@serotosskin.com or WhatsApp via our site with photos/video evidence. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Returned items undergo quality checks upon receipt.
Refund Policy
Approved returns qualify for a full refund (product cost, taxes, and original shipping).
No refunds for non-deliverability on COD orders. COD returns may deduct a ₹100 fee.
Processing: Refunds issue within 3-5 business days after inspection (7-12 business days total). Funds return to your original payment method; bank delays are beyond our control.
Timeline: Expect funds in 7-10 business days (up to 15-21 for international). EMI interest isn’t refunded.
Refunds via NEFT if original method fails.
Cancellation Policy
By You: Cancel before shipping via email to support@serotosskin.com or site WhatsApp. Dispatched orders can’t be canceled. We’ll confirm via email/SMS/WhatsApp and refund per above policy.
By Us: We may cancel for unavailability, invalid address, technical issues, bulk/commercial orders, failed deliveries (after 2 attempts), or policy violations. You’ll receive email/SMS/WhatsApp notification and full refund if prepaid.
